Planning an event? The Racine Moose Lodge has hall and pavilion space available for members in good standing to use.

Note: All events must be approved by the lodge’s Board of Officers before finalizing any contract.

There is a $100 refund for cleaning the hall after your event. Refund must be picked up no later than 30 days after your event or deposit will be forfeited. Please call the office at 262-639-3209 to make arrangements to pick up your refund. Cleaning the hall after your event consists of putting all tables and chairs back the way they were when you came in, wiping off all tables, sweeping the floor and taking down all decorations you may have. You need to take all garbage outside to the dumpster.

When renting the outside, it includes the West Pavilion only. Lodge members cannot be prevented from using the East Pavilion. When decorating for a party, it can only be done in the west pavilion.

NO decorations are to be put on the walls and NO confetti of any type is to be used.

You must supply plates, napkins, table clothes and eating utensils. The Lodge does not supply these nor can you use ours.

The bartender will give you a total due after your event is over. Everything must be paid for the day of your event, including the bartenders. We accept credit cards for the bar bill, but the bartenders must be paid in cash.

All events must have a bartender, who is supplied by the Lodge but paid by you at $10 an hour. If you have over 75 or more guests your party will require two bartenders unless no alcohol is being served. Each bartender is paid $10 per hour.

All beverages must be purchased from the Lodge. No punch, juice, wine, champagne or any beverage can be brought in. The Lodge can get wine or champagne if so desired for your event. Coffee can be served if you bring in the grounds for it. We have coffee pots available to use. You must clean them after using. Drinking any alcoholic beverages that are brought in by your guests and consumed on the premises will not be tolerated. Illegal substances are not allowed on the property. We will give a warning first for both alcohol or illegal substances and if not stopped the member will be charged. The fee for abuse will be $200.00 if caught drinking on the premises.

No pets are allowed inside the lodge or hall. Service animals must have prior consent and paperwork.

You may run a tab for can soda and bottled water at the going rate. You can set the limit with the bartender at the time of your event. We have domestic tap beer available at $90.00 ¼ barrel and $175.00 a ½ barrel. Beer must be ordered at least 10 days before your event.
